An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a proactive case management professional to support high-net-worth portfolio administration and client onboarding operations.

Facilitate the end-to-end policy processing lifecycle from initial quotations through to post-issuance servicing.
Partner with banking intermediaries, trustees, insurance carriers, and clients to drive smooth onboarding workflows.
Coordinate medical underwriting arrangements, clinical appointments, and client documentation requirements.
Maintain rigorous application data tracking, underwriting pipeline reports, and internal compliance governance standards.
Process partner status reporting and handle administrative claims or medical expense reimbursements.

skills and experience required.

Prior operational experience in life insurance administration, case management, or client servicing within financial services.
Sound working understanding of insurance underwriting requirements, client documentation, and regulatory compliance standards.
Strong organizational and priority management capabilities to handle multiple ongoing pipeline files effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage professionally with diverse financial partners and clients.
Competency in office productivity software and spreadsheet applications for accurate reporting.
