The Role

We're looking for an experienced Quant Trader to join our team and lead the research, development, deployment, and execution of various high-frequency, market-neutral trading strategies in decentralized digital asset markets.

This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in traditional finance to the next generation of financial infrastructure on-chain trading. You'll have full ownership of the strategy lifecycle, from research and design to execution and optimization, with access to proprietary tooling, infrastructure, and capital.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine trading strategies with a focus on latency-sensitive, market-neutral approaches.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trading opportunities, leveraging data from blockchain networks and decentralized exchanges.
• Build real-time, automated trading algorithms that interact directly with smart contracts and decentralized protocols.
• Leverage custom datasets and analytics tooling to guide model development and execution logic.
• Deploy robust risk frameworks to ensure capital efficiency and downside protection in volatile markets.
• Work closely with other traders, developers, and data scientists to enhance trading models, share insights, and drive collective success.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in high frequency or proprietary trading, preferably in a market-making or latency-sensitive context, spending minimally 6+ years running strategies end-to-end.
• Strong ability in high-performance programming for HFT.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Curiosity and conviction about crypto and decentralized markets.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving market structures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and exploiting trading opportunities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, contributing to the firm's overall strategy and success.
• Familiarity within Equities, Derivatives, and ETFs is of particular interest.
