Job Scope:
- Engage callers to assess and understand each situation
- Gather and verify information with relevant sources
- Conduct risk and safety assessments for reported cases
- Determine appropriate response timelines and case routing
- Coordinate with agencies to ensure smooth and timely case handovers
- Engage family members to support intervention and follow-up actions
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline with strong communication skills
- Calm and composed under pressure, with good judgement and problem-solving ability
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Good organisational and administrative abilities
