Job Description

Location: Lavender (Near MRT)

Employment Type: 3-Year Contract

Allowance: $200 Shift Allowance

Working Hours (Shift-Based):

  • 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM

Eligibility: Singaporean only

Key Responsibilities

  1. Issue Management - Log all incoming calls and emails and record sufficient information to facilitate effective incident processing. Identify the impact, urgency, and priority of incidents.
  2. Provide initial troubleshooting and support for incidents.
  3. Escalate incidents that cannot be resolved by the service desk to the appropriate Application Maintenance team and monitor progress.
  4. Seek confirmation for closure from the user when resolution is provided.
  5. Serve as the first point of contact for all incidents.
  6. Prepare issues statistics for reporting purposes.
  7. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report Daily monitoring
  8. Liaise with the client to clarify the issue and assign the issue to the team for resolution.
  9. Track and report on issue resolution.
  10. Assess common issues and suggest improvement points.
  11. Track and report on day-to-day operations to maintain system stability
