Hedge Fund Operations Analyst for AI Quant Trading Company (Buy-Side)

Job Description

• Manage daily fund operations (subscriptions, redemptions, account openings, payments & documentation)
• Review NAV reports and support annual audits
• Liaise with brokers, fund administrators, and service providers
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1-2 years in fund operations or similar role
• Knowledge of financial markets and financial statements
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
