Healthcare Solutions Manager

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Solutions Manager to partner with healthcare providers in developing customer-focused automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

In this customer-facing role, you will:

• Engage with hospitals and healthcare providers to understand operational challenges and strategic priorities.
• Lead discovery workshops and solution discussions to identify customer needs.
• Develop value-driven solution recommendations, business cases, and proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Design, Product Management, Engineering, Project Delivery,
• and Service teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders and stay ahead of industry trends and market developments.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare solutions, healthcare technology, medical devices, healthcare IT, automation, business development, consulting, or related industries.
• Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with complex healthcare or B2B environments.
• Knowledge of Singapore's healthcare landscape is an advantage.
