We are a vibrant, fast-growing wellness clinic, and we need a passionate Healthcare Retail Sales Manager to take the helm of our patient retail experience. You won't just be managing inventory or making sales you will be the ultimate guide, matching our patients with the perfect health products to support their healing journey.

The Ultimate Tag-Team: You & Our Therapists

This is not a solo mission. You will be the crucial bridge between our front-of-house experience and our amazing team of in-house therapists.

We are looking for someone who loves collaboration. You will work hand-in-hand with our therapists every single day, taking their expert wellness recommendations and seamlessly guiding patients to the right retail solutions. When you and the therapists are in sync, our patients get the best care possible!

What You Will Be Doing:

Leading the Retail Charge: Greeting patients, understanding their health goals, and confidently recommending (and closing!) the right retail products.
Collaborating Like a Pro: Tag-teaming with our therapists to ensure a smooth, continuous patient journey from the treatment room to the retail floor.
Creating a Vibe: Keeping our retail space looking fresh, fully stocked, organized, and welcoming.
Crushing Goals: Tracking sales metrics, finding creative ways to boost retail engagement, and celebrating those wins with the team.

What We Are Looking For:

Sales Savvy: You have proven experience in retail management or sales (bonus points if it is in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or beauty!).
A True Team Player: You check your ego at the door and genuinely enjoy collaborating with practitioners and therapists.
Infectious Energy: You have a warm, positive attitude that puts people at ease the moment they walk in.
Layman's Terms Expert: You can take complex health recommendations and explain them to patients in a way that is simple, clear, and encouraging.
