Healthcare Project Manager #HYN

Job Scope:

Project planning & execution

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables and timelines aligned with organisational needs.

• Develop detailed project or programme plans including schedules, budgets and resource allocation.

• Oversee project implementation to ensure completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Coordination & stakeholder engagement

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical, administrative, IT, facilities, vendors).

• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications, including reporting to senior leadership.

Risk, change & quality

• Identify and manage project risks, issues and changes proactively.

• Implement quality assurance checks and improve processes.

• Procurement & compliance (in infrastructure/ development projects)

Requirement

• Degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Systems Thinking/Engineering, Industrial Design, Risk Management, Health Innovation, Data Science / Analytics, Human Factors in Safety.
• At least 5- 8 years of experience in healthcare / project management.
