Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational and administrative functions within the department to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Partner closely with clinical leadership on service delivery, manpower planning, budgeting, and operational improvement initiatives
- Manage scheduling, payroll coordination, staffing records, and operational reporting
- Monitor departmental performance metrics and support data-driven decision making
- Ensure proper management of databases, records, confidential information, and compliance processes
- Coordinate inventory, supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement activities
- Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure operational readiness for audits and regulatory requirements
- Supervise and guide operational support staff to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency
- Participate in process enhancement projects and cross-functional collaborations to improve patient experience and departmental performance
Requirements
- Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- At least 5-10 years of experience in healthcare or clinical operations
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable managing multiple operational functions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in operational reporting, scheduling systems, and administrative processes
