- Assist patients with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting, and continence management.
- Help patients with mobility, including moving and repositioning, using appropriate aids and techniques to prevent pressure ulcers and ensure safety.
- Support patients with nutritional and hydration needs, including serving meals, assisting with feeding, and accurately recording intake.
- Take and record routine observations such as temperature, pulse, respiration rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation, reporting any concerns promptly.
- Provide compassionate end-of-life care and support.
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level or equivalent
- Min 2 years Singapore working experience in geriatric care
- ITE Certificate in Home Care or Healthcare related certificate
- Working hours: 12hour shift
