- Ensure holistic care for elderly health, comfort and security
- Deliver professional nursing care tailored to geriatric needs
- Plan and implement meaningful activities for elderly
- Maintain accurate Individual Care Plans with timely updates and documentation
- Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene and grooming
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level or equivalent
- Min 2 years Singapore working experience in geriatric care
- Healthcare related certificate
- Rotation shift: 6 day work week
- Passionate about caring for elderly
