Job Title: Patient Care Assistant / Transport Assistant (Full-Time)

Basic Salary: $1,000/month
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
. Morning: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
. Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Patient Care Assistant / Transport Assistant to support our day care transport operations. The role involves assisting elderly or mobility-challenged clients during scheduled transport sessions, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany clients during transport to and from SWAMI Home Day Care
• Assist clients in boarding and alighting from vehicles, including wheelchair handling
• Ensure proper safety measures are followed during each trip
• Monitor and support the wellbeing of clients throughout the journey
• Communicate respectfully with clients, caregivers, and team members
• Report any incidents or concerns to the supervisor promptly

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to assist clients with mobility challenges
• Patient, empathetic, and attentive to client needs
• Willing to work split shifts (morning and afternoon)
• Prior experience in eldercare, healthcare, or transport assistance is an advantage
• Training will be provided

• Service area includes Sembawang and surrounding Northern regions
• Uniform and necessary equipment will be provided
