Working Hours: OFFICE HOURS / SHIFT HOURS

Job Description (Patient Service Associate):

. In charge of registration of patients

. Scheduling of appointments

. Assist patients with the self registration

. Attend to patients enquiries and needs

. Handling of phone calls and ad-hoc admin duties

Job Description (Healthcare Assistant):

• Provide basic care to patients, including feeding, bathing, and dressing
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers (e.g. bed to wheelchair)
• Monitor and record vital signs (e.g. temperature, blood pressure)
• Ensure patients comfort, safety, and well-being
• Maintain cleanliness of patient areas and equipment
• Support nurses and healthcare team in daily operations
• Observe and report changes in patients condition

Requirements:

. Min N /O Level/ Nitec or Diploma in any field

. No experience required as training provided
