Who We Need

The Healthcare Assistant is responsible for ensuring safe patient transfers, maintaining cleanliness, and providing care in an orderly and safe environment.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Prepare the operating room by cleaning it according to OT requirements and ensure it is ready for the next case.

• Assist the Anaesthetist, including positioning the patient correctly on the operating table and connecting the patient to monitoring devices.

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment, and perform patient care under the supervision of a trained nurse.

• Transport patients within the hospital from one location to another.

How to Succeed

• Possess at least a GCE N Level qualification.

• Certificate in Healthcare Assistance is preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.

• Able to perform shift duties, including weekends and public holidays.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the job and hospital.

• Candidate may be assigned to various departments within the hospital based on operational needs
