Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Support patients for consultations and procedures, ensuring physical and emotional readiness
Effective delivery of all services including preparing and assist in medical procedures, physical exams, blood draws, ECGs, urine tests, and other in-house diagnostics
Perform anthropometric assessments, including height/weight, BMI, waist circumference, blood pressure, and body composition scans
Set up consultation and treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments and materials are sterile and ready
Prepare, handle, and dispose of clinical instruments and materials in accordance with MOH and NEA infection control regulations
Ensure secure, accurate handling and storage of test results and reports in compliance with PDPA and MOH Records Retention Guidelines
Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
Requirement
O Level/NITEC/Diploma in any discipline
At least 2 years experience as a Clinic Assistant, preferably in a primary care setting
AED/CPR trained will be a bonusAbility to handling situations with professionalism and empathy
Familiarity with MOH guidelines on outpatient clinic operations, infection control, and patient confidentiality
Willingness to learn and adapt to ongoing education in lifestyle medicine, personalised medicine, and innovation
Passion and interest for preventive healthcare, lifestyle medicine and longevity medicine are highly desirable
