Job Description

  • Patient Care & Daily Living Assistance: Supporting patients with personal hygiene, including showering, toileting, dressing, and grooming.
  • Physical Assistance: Helping patients move, transferring them between beds and wheelchairs, and re-positioning them to prevent pressure sores.
  • Clinical Monitoring: Taking and recording vital signs like temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
  • Nutritional Support: Serving meals, feeding patients who cannot eat on their own, and monitoring fluid intake.
  • Environmental Maintenance: Keeping patient areas tidy, changing bed linens, and sterilizing equipment.
