Job Summary
You will support therapy and wellness programs by preparing patients and equipment, maintaining safe and organized activity areas, managing records and inventory, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth rehabilitation and wellness operations.
Responsibilities
- Carry out prescribed therapy and wellness activities as instructed by the supervisor to support patient rehabilitation
- Prepare patients effectively for rehabilitation activities to ensure readiness and safety
- Set up gym equipment and logistics for activities and wellness programs to facilitate smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of activity areas to provide a secure environment for patients and staff
- Prepare, retrieve, and file patient records accurately to support clinical documentation
- Maintain inventory of equipment and products to ensure availability and proper stock levels
- Perform data entry and invoicing to support administrative and financial processes
- Answer telephone calls, screen, and direct them to relevant personnel to facilitate communication
- Prepare in-house training brochures, e-books, and marketing flyers to support educational and promotional efforts
- Process mail orders efficiently to support customer service and sales
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor to contribute to team goals
