Job Description

The Role:

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the application's end-users, identifying and coordinating issues that affect their application areas and understanding the organization's workflow and policies.

Critical Success Factors

  • Prior healthcare background will be ideal
  • Good communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Certifications in EPIC will be a bonus

  • Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


    Incident Management

    You will gather information from diverse sources, critically evaluating it to define problems, and developing proactive plans for resolution and prevention.

    Maintenance and Change

    You will comprehend the organization's operational and clinical requirements, guiding workflow direction. They will modify system configurations to align with end-users business needs, involving workflow design, advanced configuration, system testing, documentation, stakeholder approval, and production deployment.

    Collaboration and Relationship Building

    You will bridge communication between the team and stakeholders like Epic representatives, the organization's business community, process analysts, and end-users. Responsibilities include collaboratively identifying and resolving issues, ensuring system alignment with business requirements, and regular communication through project team meetings.
