Health, Safety, Environment Officer

• Dip or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess a valid WSH/HSE certification (e.g. WSH Coordinator, WSH Officer, or equivalent).
• Min 2 years of relevant HSE/WSH working experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore workplace safety regulations and risk management practices.
• Good communication and report writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and work closely with site teams and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe conditions and practices.
• Carry out risk assessments and recommend control measures.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety awareness training.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
• Maintain HSE records, permits, training records, and safety documentation.
• Monitor contractors and workers to ensure compliance with safety requirements and proper use of PPE.
• Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
