Kurita Singapore is hiring an HSE professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive workplace safety, health, and environmental (HSE) compliance across all operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory and MOM WSH updates and implement required changes in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to MOM WSH requirements and support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001 management system activities.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE programmes, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Conduct safety inductions, orientations, and WSH training for employees and contractors.
  • Lead toolbox meetings and safety briefings to promote safe work practices.
  • Identify WSH non‑compliances, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Conduct routine workplace inspections and hazard identification and risk assessments.
  • Plan and conduct internal HSE audits and monitor safety performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and maintain HSE‑related permits, reports, registers, logs, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date HSE documentation and records.
  • Coordinate and follow up on safety meetings, including GSC/ASC actions and initiatives.
  • Coordinate ISO audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings and follow‑up actions.

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience.

Preference:

  • Knowledge on ISO Quality Management Systems.
  • Good teamwork, discipline and approachable with a decent working attitude.
  • Comfortable working in multicultural team.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
