Health Safety Environment Coordinator

We're Hiring: HSE Coordinator / WSH Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and safety-conscious HSE Coordinator / WSH Coordinator to support workplace safety, health, and environmental activities for pipe-laying and civil engineering projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor workplace safety, health, and environmental (HSE/WSH) procedures.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
• Assist with risk assessments, Permit-to-Work (PTW) checks, and hazard identification.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and coordinate safety training for workers and subcontractors.
• Support incident investigations, near-miss reporting, and corrective action follow-ups.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and environmental control activities.
• Maintain WSH documentation, inspection records, and safety reports.
• Support WSHMS submissions and environmental compliance reporting.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) only.
• 2–3 years of relevant HSE/WSH experience, preferably in construction, pipe laying, or civil engineering projects.
• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) – Level B is required.
• Knowledge of risk management, site safety inspections, and workplace safety regulations.
• Experience with PUB, SP, or LTA projects will be an advantage.
• Internal Audit Certification, CSSA, Lifting Certification, and Working at Height competencies are preferred.
• A valid driving licence and own vehicle will be an advantage.
• Able to join at short notice.
