Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete process of employee health and benefits administration, including enrolments, renewals, terminations, and modifications to policies.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee coverage records and policy information within the management system.
- Generate and manage necessary documentation, including billing reconciliations and summaries for renewals.
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization, employees, and insurance providers to address any discrepancies and inquiries related to policies and claims.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure proper deductions and timely updates to policies.
- Prepare detailed reports on benefit utilisation, claims, and renewals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Ensure adherence to internal compliance and regulatory standards, and assist during audits and policy evaluations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimise the benefits administration workflow.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Insurance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in benefits administration, insurance operations, or HR services.
- Familiarity with health and life insurance products, as well as employee benefits and policy processes.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
