Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support the service crew to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring excellent first impressions.
- Manage table assignments, reservations, and guest flow to maximise efficiency.
- Take and serve food & beverage orders with accuracy and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and presentation in the dining area.
- Assist in inventory checks, daily briefings, and staff scheduling.
- Uphold restaurant policies, health & safety standards, and service protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress, Supervisor, or Senior Waiter in an F&B establishment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of service etiquette, food & beverage pairings, and upselling techniques.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
