We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Chinese (Southern) and Fusion Cuisine establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial skills, excellent stock control experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and motivate a diverse team of chefs, servers, and support staff.
- Implement and maintain stock control procedures, minimizing waste and controlling costs.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and licensing requirements.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Requirements:
- Proven managerial experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong stock control and inventory management skills.
- Knowledge of Chinese (Southern) and Fusion cuisine is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Culinary experience or background is a plus but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
