Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will drive recruitment activities, new Financial Consultant productivity and retention for Agency Distribution and provide coaching and guidance to Recruitment Managers. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Chief Agency Officer, working closely with Agency Distribution to drive growth in the agency force, bringing in quality and productive Financial Consultants.
Job Description:
- Lead a team Recruitment Managers in a designated clusters and is accountable for the combined Cluster KPIs and development of the team.
- Develop section plans, controls, resources and formulate policies in area of responsibility
- Look beyond existing solutions and own area to define/resolve complex issues in new situation
- Drive recruitment of quality FCs and new FC productivity with support from Recruitment Managers through identified key performance indicators
- Provide guidance, support and direction to Recruitment Managers and Agency Leaders to achieve monthly and yearly targets in line with the company's plan in areas of recruitment, retention, and new FC productivity to ensure alignment with the company's strategies.
- Lead/Initiate recruitment related projects that supports Agency Division to drive growth
- Provide guidance to Recruitment Managers in the assessment of applications with fitness & propriety requirements and provide justifiable recommendations for the onboarding of candidates.
- Actively involved in the strategic acquisition of experienced agency groups and provide incisive assessment and recommendation for the hire. You will work closely with Senior Management, Compliance and Finance for approvals, and should be well versed in both company and regulatory policies, especially where there are deviations.
- Resolve conflicts and conduct Agency cluster briefings and presentations to agencies within the cluster, supported by the Recruitment Managers.
- Support the Chief Agency Officer in company-led strategic initiatives.

Working Experience
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience with Distribution Management or recruitment activities
Education
- Bachelor in Business or related fields of study
