As a Head, Psychosocial Support, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead and oversee all psychosocial support services (social work, counseling, bereavement, spiritual collaboration).

• Ensure holistic, patient- and family-centered hospice care aligned with organizational standards.

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate social workers and psychosocial team members.

• Manage recruitment, staffing, and professional development of the department.

• Oversee psychosocial assessments and individualized care plans.

• Provide consultation and crisis intervention for complex patient/family cases.

• Develop and enhance bereavement and caregiver support programs.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (physicians, nurses, chaplains) in care planning.

• Ensure compliance with hospice regulations, accreditation, and quality standards.

• Handle administrative duties including budgeting, reporting, KPI monitoring, and strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  Experience in hospice, palliative care, or healthcare leadership.

• Strong knowledge of end-of-life care principles.
