Job Description

To lead the go-to-market strategy and develop marketing initiatives for new products and propositions across our various lines of business to meet our revenue objectives.

You will be responsible for leading the Product Marketing team to achieve the following:

  • Develop suite of compelling consumer and distributor product marketing assets for all lines of business including Life, General and High Net Worth
  • Develop marketing campaigns to drive awareness, consideration and sales of our products & propositions to meet the revenue targets for our products
  • Manage media & campaign planning to optimize our budgets and ROI of marketing spend
  • Execute content marketing efforts to educate audiences on our propositions and serve as a funnel for product discovery and consideration
  • Collaborate with customer research and product proposition teams to develop clear value propositions across our range of solutions & services
  • Mentor and develop the team to build functional competencies, develop career growth and foster collaboration across the company

We are looking for people who

  • Marketing professional with a min of 15years of relevant working experience with proven leadership ability inleading teams
  • Ability to distil complex ideas into clear actionable marketing plans and creatives
  • Experience in financial services with insurance knowledge will be an advantage
  • Possess ability to write well and craft compelling narratives that drive engagement
  • Demonstrated track record of creativity and marketing innovation to achieve business goals.
