Overview
WWF-Singapore is looking for a hands-on Head of People and Culture to lead the full HR agenda for a purpose-driven organisation committed to building a future in which people live in harmony with nature. Reporting to the CEO, this role will shape and deliver practical people strategies that strengthen culture, capability and organisational effectiveness across a lean and mission-led team.
This role requires a people leader who is comfortable building teams, improving processes, partnering closely with leaders and staying close to the day-to-day realities of the organisation.
