Frazer Jones has been appointed on an exclusive and confidential basis by a well-established B2B organisation to identify an accomplished Group Head of Talent (Base: SGD 250k/annum). This newly created and high-impact role will act as a key strategic partner to the CHRO and senior leadership team, driving the organisation's talent agenda to support its next phase of growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CHRO, the Group Head of Talent will lead the development and execution of an integrated talent strategy spanning leadership development, succession planning, organisational capability, learning and development, talent reviews, and workforce planning.
Working closely with business leaders and regional HR teams, the incumbent will establish robust talent frameworks to assess leadership readiness, succession strength and programme effectiveness, while driving talent interventions that support organisational transformation, business growth and change initiatives. The successful candidate will also champion diversity, inclusion, employee engagement and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring talent strategies are effectively executed across markets while balancing local business requirements and priorities.
Ideal Profile
We are seeking an experienced talent leader with 15+ years of expertise in complex, matrixed organisations, ideally within B2B, professional services, or similarly dynamic sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent strategies that align with business objectives, developing future-ready leaders, and driving organisational effectiveness at scale.
The successful candidate will be a strategic and commercially minded leader who can influence senior stakeholders, partner effectively with regional leadership teams, and translate business priorities into impactful talent initiatives. They will bring deep experience across talent management, succession planning, leadership development, capability building, employee engagement, and organisational development, with a strong appreciation for operating across diverse markets and cultures.
