HEAD OF TREASURY | REGIONAL DIGITAL BANKING GROUP

Our Client is a large established Financial Services Holding Group with a sizeable deposit base and growing lending book through its holdings and operations across the region. They hold controlling and strategic stakes in banks, microfinanciers, insurers, fintechs, with a focus towards digitizing products and services to enable swifter market access to the populations resident in Southeast Asia.

This is a senior management role at the regional centre, responsible for building a reliable Regional Treasury with a strong focus on risk compliance and prudential capital and liquidity management while capitalising on the Group&aposs advanced technologies and analytics to develop and maintain a comprehensive Treasury framework that will cater to multiple event-driven scenarios and satisfy all regulatory and internal liquidity requirements.

Essential requirements:

• 15+ years in Treasury as a Head of ALM or Head of Trading role.
• Proven track record in driving year-on-year profits.
• Excellent risk management experience and strong adherence to central bank regulations.
• Fintech mindset.
• Bilingual in English, Mandarin is a must.
