Job Description

The Head of Total Rewards will lead the design and execution of the organization's overall rewards strategy, ensuring it supports both frontline and corporate employees within the Consumer sector. Reporting directly to the CPO, this role requires a seasoned leader who can effectively manage and develop a rewards team, partner with business leaders, and implement scalable solutions to engage and retain a large and diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of rewards professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Design and implement comprehensive total rewards programs that attract and retain top talent across all organizational levels.
  • Drive consistency and fairness in compensation and benefits practices across both frontline and corporate functions.
  • Manage the annual compensation cycle, including performance management, salary review, and incentive planning processes.
  • Partner with leadership and HRBPs to ensure the rewards strategy supports business objectives and promotes employee engagement.
  • Oversee all reward-related governance, compliance, and vendor relationships.
  • Analyze internal and external data to provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and drive alignment between people strategy and organizational goals.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in Total Rewards or HR management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or people management capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams that manage large-scale employee populations, ideally in hospitality, retail, or service-oriented industries.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Inspirational people leader with a collaborative and empowering leadership style.
  • Strategic thinker who balances vision with practical execution.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to navigate a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
