Head of Technical Program Delivery- Network - Telco

• Lead Complex Network Transformations: Oversee the end-to-end execution of high-impact, enterprise-grade telecommunications and network programs, ensuring seamless delivery across cross-functional workstreams.

• Senior Stakeholder & CTO Alignment: Partner directly with CTO office executives, Vice Presidents, and business leaders to streamline strategic priorities, navigate organizational ambiguity, and drive decisive consensus.

• Governance & Vendor Oversight: Establish robust program management frameworks, operational cadences, and escalation paths while managing third-party vendors to guarantee performance, budget adherence, and timely delivery.

• Strategic Business Planning & Roadmapping: Translate long-term operational vision into actionable transformation strategies and consolidated multi-year technical roadmaps aligned with overall group technology goals.

• Executive Insights & Reporting: Synthesize complex engineering, operational, and financial data into strategic insights, KPIs, and forward-looking risk mitigation reports for C-suite and executive review.

Skills and experience required

• Education & Background: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Proven Track Record: Team leadership experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technical programs within network engineering or operations.

• CTO Office & Matrix Leadership: Strong background working directly alongside C-suite and VP-level executives, with proven success driving initiatives across matrixed organizations without direct authority.

• Strategy & Performance Management: Hands-on expertise in business planning, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and KPI management within a technology or telecom function.

• Vendor & Partner Management: Extensive experience governing external vendors, contract delivery, and third-party implementation teams for high-stakes infrastructure projects.
