Job Description: Head of Talent Acquisition
The Role We are seeking a high-caliber Head of Talent Acquisition to take full ownership of our talent acquisition and employer brand presence for 2026. You won't just be following a script you will be the architect of our growth. You will design the strategies that make us the employer of choice for Financial Consultants and execute the campaigns that turn reach into recruits.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Ownership: Lead the end-to-end Employer Brand strategy. This includes content creation, social media management (LinkedIn, IG, TikTok), and community engagement to maximize public reach.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the recruitment funnel. You are responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing interviews with high-potential Financial Consultants.
- Performance Marketing: Run targeted digital campaigns to generate leads, utilizing data to pivot strategies when necessary to ensure we meet our KPI of [X] hires for the year.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Act as an internal consultant to management, advising on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and the Value Proposition needed to attract top-tier talent.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or Agency Recruitment (specifically within Financial Services or Insurance is a plus).
- Autonomy: Proven track record of working independently-building strategies from scratch rather than executing pre-set tasks.
- Digital Savvy: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate our company culture to the public.
