A Day in the Life

As the Head of Supply Chain for Travel Retail Asia Pacific, you will steer the strategic direction of our supply chain operations across one of the most dynamic regions in the world. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead a talented team of over 15 supply chain professionals, shaping the future of how we deliver beauty to our traveling consumers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

. Driving Strategic Vision & Performance: You will own the demand and supply planning decisions for Travel Retail APAC, translating diverse market intelligence into robust demand forecasts and inventory strategies. Your leadership will be crucial in steering the business to achieve performance targets in forecast accuracy, service levels, stock optimization, sustainability and financial health.

. Optimizing Inventory & Financial Health: Masterfully balance supply and demand to navigate market volatility. You will implement strategies to optimize working capital, minimize Excess & Obsolete (E&O) P&L impact, and enhance the productivity of our product catalog, including high-stakes Travel Retail Exclusives.

. Leading Transformational Change: Champion and deploy large-scale Group projects, from process improvements to new system rollouts. You will be the key driver in modernizing our planning capabilities and ensuring the successful adoption of new ways of working across the region.

. Building & Inspiring a High-Caliber Team: Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of demand and supply professionals. You will focus on empowering your managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and building a strong talent pipeline for the future of L'Oral Operations.

We Are Looking For

You are a strategic and inspiring leader with a proven ability to navigate complexity at an enterprise level. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong track record of making substantial decisions across multiple geographies. You are the perfect fit if you have:

. A degree-level qualification in Operations or a related field.

. Extensive experience in the FMCG or Beauty industry, with a deep understanding of its challenges.

. A history of working across diverse geographies, enabling you to lead with a global perspective.

. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate and influence at C-suite levels.

. A strong results-oriented mindset, with experience in delivering strong KPIs.

. Strategic Thinking, Problem-solving at scale, and Detail-oriented with hands-on ability to resolve critical priorities.
