Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Supply Chain / Procurement Specialist / Purchasing Executive / Buyer at Orange Digital Center Ethiopia with a primary location in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing supply chain operations, managing procurement processes, and ensuring efficient purchasing procedures. Key activities include building supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring supply chain performance, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide strategic leadership, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives while ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. Partial work-from-home flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Procurement to optimize processes and ensure effective purchase planning.
• Demonstrated experience in Operations Management and Team Leadership, ensuring the success of projects and guiding team performance.
• Excellent skills in Customer Service to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in negotiation, data analysis, and decision-making for streamlined procurement and supply chain processes.
• Additional qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a hybrid environment, ensuring productivity in both in-person and remote work settings.
