Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across SEA, including planning, inventory management, logistics, transportation, warehousing, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement of demand-driven supply chain processes and system-based inventory management to minimise aging stock, write-offs, and urgent shipments.
- Monitor and analyse supply chain KPIs, using data-driven insights to enhance operational performance and achieve organisational targets
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional supply chain team by providing guidance, capability development, and growth opportunities
- Evaluate and optimise warehouse and logistics provider networks through regular performance analysis and collaboration with procurement and business teams
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering / Business
- At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Experience in Chemical / Petrochemcial Manufacturing
