About The Role
Southeast Asia is one of MarketsVox's most important and fastest-growing regions. We are seeking an experienced Head of SEA who understands market nuances, has strong industry relationships, and can effectively drive growth, partnerships, and brand presence across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEA regional expansion strategy
- Manage, train, and support BD teams across Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and other key markets
- Grow the network of IBs, affiliates, PAMM/MAM masters, and communities
- Build strong local presence through webinars, seminars, influencers, and events
- Monitor KPIs, revenue, and partner performance
- Ensure alignment with HQ on compliance, marketing, and product updates
- Drive local brand recognition and user loyalty
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in FX/CFDs (regional BD/partnerships or leadership roles)
- Strong network in SEA trading communities
- Understanding of IB systems, CPA, revenue models, and customer lifecycle
- Excellent communication in English + at least one SEA regional language (Malay, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Thai, etc.)
- Strategic mindset, leadership skills, and ability to work independently
