About The Team
The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage bank account strategy by optimizing the account structure to support business growth in EU and US, as well as managing the bank account daily operation including account opening, changing and closing;
2. Supervise the bank account daily operation including account opening, changing and closing, to ensure the timely account opening to meet the project timeline;
3. Manage the bank and payment channel account authorization, and approve the access granted to relevant stakeholders;
4. Manage cash management daily operations for EU and US regions, including daily fund transfer, liquidity risk management, FX trading, quotation, and risk management, etc;
5. Manage safeguarding operations from liquidity management perspective, to satisfy the respective regulatory requirements for payment industry companies in SEA countries;
6. Develop and improve SOP for cash management daily operations to meet requirements for internal control, audit and regulatory compliance;
7. Provide business requirement (BRD) for product development to build up in-house system capability to enhance daily operations efficiency and effectiveness;
Qualifications
Minimum qualification(s):
1. 5+ years working experience in financial institutions, leading payment companies or fintech lending in treasury and cash management;
2. Familiar with the procedures of liquidity management operations from both corporate and bank perspectives;
3. Familiar with the fund settlement and clearing system in major countries and knowledge of relevant central banks clearing rules and regulatory requirements;
4. Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Economics and Accounting areas;
Preferred qualification(s):
1. Self-driven and ability to work in stress;
2. Experience in working with PM and RD to develop in-house system functions for operations;
3. Experience in PSP industry is a plus;
4. Highly preferred with exposure to global treasury management or customer fund management in the payment industry;
5. Knowledge of bank cash management products and solutions will be preferred;
