Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a molecular biology-related field, with more than 10 years of working experience in production-oriented enterprises in the life sciences services industry.
At least 5 years of team management, able to effectively formulate and execute team goals, and cultivate potential team members.
Familiar with the production processes of molecular biology-related products, project management knowledge, 5S management, skilled in process optimization.
Possess strong communication, collaboration, problem analysis and solving, innovation, and project management skills.

Familiar with relevant regulations and standards, with solid experience in quality management and risk management.
