Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Head of Service Management at Form LT. The individual will oversee service delivery processes, manage teams, and ensure operational efficiency within the organization. Key responsibilities include optimizing service management frameworks, aligning operations with organizational goals, managing budgets, and driving improvements within IT service management systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Team Leadership and managing cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes
- Strong background in Service Delivery and Operations Management to maintain high levels of efficiency and client satisfaction
- Proficiency in Budgeting to monitor and manage financial resources effectively
- Expertise in IT Service Management and ability to implement and optimize service management frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in immigration, mobility services, or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, or a relevant field preferred
