The Head of Security Services is responsible for leading and growing Fujitsu's security services practice, driving strategic direction, service innovation, and delivery excellence across all security domains. This role oversees a portfolio of security projects, consulting engagements, and managed services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving threat landscapes.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across cybersecurity domains, strong leadership experience, and the ability to translate complex security challenges into business value for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Practice Development
- Define and execute the overall security services strategy aligned with Fujitsu's business goals
- Build, scale, and continuously enhance the security services portfolio, including consulting, integration, and managed services
- Identify emerging trends (e.g., cloud, AI, IoT, Zero Trust) and integrate them into service offerings
- Establish best practices, frameworks, and reusable methodologies across engagements
2. Service Delivery & Operational Excellence
- Oversee delivery of large-scale, complex security projects and programs
- Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all security engagements
- Drive security architecture, design, and governance standards
- Manage risk, compliance, and quality assurance across all client engagements
3. Client Engagement & Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs, executives)
- Lead security strategy engagements, maturity assessments, and transformation programs
- Provide guidance on risk management, regulatory compliance, and security roadmaps
- Support critical escalations and ensure client satisfaction
4. Pre-Sales & Business Development
- Lead and support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFQ responses, solution design, and cost modeling
- Collaborate with sales teams to shape deals and win new business
- Present security solutions, architectures, and value propositions to clients
- Drive growth of the security services pipeline and revenue targets
5. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of security architects, consultants, and engineers
- Develop talent through coaching, training, and career progression planning
- Build specialized capabilities across domains such as:
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Security Operations (SOC, SIEM, vulnerability management)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Cloud and Data Security
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
6. Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Establish and enforce security governance frameworks and standards
- Ensure alignment with international standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
- Oversee risk assessments and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies
- Support audit and compliance initiatives across client environments
Experience:
- More than 10 years in a leadership role in Security Services
- Proven track record managing large-scale security programs or practices
- Strong hands-on background in multiple security domains, including:

- Data Security
- Experience in both consulting and managed security services environments
- Deep understanding of security frameworks, architectures, and technologies
- Ability to translate technical risks into business impact and strategy
- Strong commercial acumen, including solutioning, costing, and deal shaping
- Familiarity with modern technologies: cloud, DevOps, automation, AI, IoT
- Strong understanding of regional regulatory landscapes and compliance frameworks
