Founded in 2001, East Asia Institute of Management (EAIM) is a 4-year EduTrust certified Institute and offers a wide range of diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to partake in our growth strategy and to help take the Institute to the next level.
The position reports in to the Academic Director.
Responsibilities
- Effective management and smooth running of the programmes offered by the Institute.
- Meet targets set for enrolment, attendance, pass rates and student feedback.
- Ensure high quality delivery and strict adherence to the Institute's QA processes by the school's faculty.
- Participate actively in implementing new teaching and delivery methodology by levering cutting-edge technology.
- Assessment and review feedback on performance of lecturers.
- Promote quality learning, teaching environment and support student care, welfare and progress.
Requirements
- Possess a Postgraduate Degree.
- At least 5 years of management and/or teaching experience, preferably in the education industry.
- Highly driven, energetic and result-oriented.
- Inclination for details and administration.
- Strong team-players and ability to drive and work closely with full-time and part-time lecturers.
