We are seeking an inspiring and forward‑thinking Head of School to lead our Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science disciplines. This is a strategic academic leadership role suited for individuals passionate about teaching, research, and innovation-especially in areas shaping the future of technology.

What You Will Do
As Head of School, you will play a pivotal role in driving academic quality, inspiring faculty, and shaping the learning journey of future AI and tech professionals.
Academic & Curriculum Leadership
- Lead the delivery of high‑quality, industry-relevant academic programmes.
- Develop curricula, assessments, and learning materials that reflect the latest advancements.
- Ensure programmes stay innovative, relevant, and aligned with industry expectations.
Faculty & School Management
- Oversee faculty recruitment, mentoring, staffing, and performance management.
- Plan modules and timetables to ensure smooth academic operations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, teaching excellence, and continuous improvement.
Student Experience
- Champion a student‑centred learning environment.
- Guide student induction, engagement, and academic support initiatives.
- Drive initiatives that enhance learning outcomes and student success.
Industry, Quality & Operations
- Strengthen relationships with industry partners, alumni, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee accreditation processes and uphold academic quality standards.
- Manage school budgets, resources, and laboratory planning.
- Represent LSBF in academic and professional forums, enhancing the School's profile.
Teaching
Candidates should be able to teach 2-3 subjects from the following list:

What We're Looking For
- A PhD (or equivalent) in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- Strong track record in teaching, academic leadership, and programme management.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more AI/CS specialisations listed above.
- A collaborative leader with strong communication and people‑management skills.
- Strategic thinker passionate about academic excellence and student success.
- Committed to continuous learning and staying updated with technological advances.
