About the Job

• Strategic Alignment: You will act as a primary regional lead to align business objectives with enterprise system capabilities across various sales entities in the APAC region.

• Process Optimization: Drive regional initiatives to standardize workflows and identify efficiency gains within sales and related commercial functions.

• Executive Advisory: Develop and present high-impact business cases and solution recommendations to senior leadership, outlining value, risks, and ROI

• Data Governance: Spearhead the regional Master Data governance framework to ensure data consistency, quality, and regulatory compliance.

• Transformation Leadership: Partner with cross-functional IT and business teams to lead change management and complex transformation projects.

• Project Oversight: Collaborate with project management offices to plan and execute the full lifecycle of regional business initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

• Managerial Experience: Minimum of 8 years in team leadership roles, ideally within a multi-country or regional corporate environment.

• SAP Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is essential.

• Cross-Module Integration: Strong understanding of how SAP SD integrates with Materials Management (MM) and Finance (FI) from a business governance perspective.

• Implementation Background: Proven track record in leading SAP-driven business transformations, including involvement in multiple full-cycle implementations.

• Advanced Communication: High proficiency in English with executive-level storytelling skills and advanced PowerPoint capabilities for senior management engagement.

• Educational Background & Mobility: A Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT is required, along with a willingness to travel approximately 30% within the region
