Job Description
- Own P&L and revenue targets for Singapore while driving market penetration and commercial growth.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in sectors like Healthcare, BFSI, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
- Acquire new clients, expand strategic accounts, and leverage global networks.
- Oversee daily operations, including coordination across sales, delivery, HR, finance, and administration.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead the local team, fostering engagement and alignment with company values.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
- 10 years of experience in IT services, engineering, or digital transformation sales.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition, account growth, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
