Market Opportunity:

Operating across APAC, with increasing adoption of ServiceNow solutions in the public sector, government agencies, and enterprise organizations. The market is in a high-growth phase with significant whitespace opportunities and relatively few direct competitors at scale. Strong momentum in digital transformation initiatives positions this role to capture significant net-new logos.

Expectations:

  • Singapore-based (regional APAC scope), hybrid working model.
  • 100% new business acquisition - This is a pure hunting role, focused on driving net-new logo growth across the region.
  • Sell ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and industry-specific workflows.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy to establish a strong footprint in APAC.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers across enterprise and public sector.
  • Collaborate with internal ServiceNow delivery experts, pre-sales consultants, and strategic partners to position and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Represent the company in industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 810 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally with a focus on SaaS, ITSM, or enterprise workflow solutions.
  • Proven hunter mentality, with a track record of building territory plans, winning new logos, and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem or adjacent SaaS/enterprise platforms.
  • Skilled at engaging senior executives in both enterprise and government sectors, with the ability to lead value-based and consultative sales conversations.
  • Confident presenting complex solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset able to operate in a market-entry environment and build momentum quickly.

Compensation

Competitive package with significant OTE upside (base + commission @ 60:40)
