A regional private banking platform is seeking a senior Head of Sales to lead its SEA or Greater China & North Asia markets. This role focuses on client acquisition, revenue growth, and regional market expansion.

Why This Role

  • Lead private banking sales initiatives across SEA or GCNA markets

  • Partner with Product Advisory and Investment teams to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions

  • Influence regional private banking strategy and positioning

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development in SEA or GCNA markets

  • Deepen relationships with HNW and UHNW clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams on product advisory, marketing, and investment solutions

  • Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity to guide strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven private banking sales leadership experience in SEA or GCNA markets

  • Strong client acquisition, relationship management, and business development skills

  • Strategic mindset with ability to deliver revenue growth and regional expansion

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, to liaise with internal stakeholders
