Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to Area Clinic Managers and clinic teams, fostering high performance and accountability.
- Develop and execute sales and operational strategies to achieve revenue targets, increase patient acquisition, and improve retention.
- Identify growth opportunities, service diversification, and strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
- Act as liaison between clinics and cross-functional teams, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Oversee planning and execution of new clinic openings and renovation projects within budget and timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and implement best practices across all locations.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs for sales, operations, patient satisfaction, and cost efficiency to inform decisions.
- Implement cost optimisation strategies without compromising quality or patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards across all clinic operations.
- Champion patient-centric culture and oversee customer service team to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Develop strategies to improve patient feedback mechanisms and enhance service delivery.
- Mentor and guide sales and operations teams, fostering professional growth and leadership capabilities.
- Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication.
- Contribute to organisational strategy and lead special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales and operations leadership roles with proven impact.
- Strong ability to develop and execute strategic plans while managing tactical details.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Experience managing P&L responsibilities and understanding financial performance metrics.
- Experience in clinic openings or expansions is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
