The Employee shall be employed as Head of Sales and shall perform the following duties:
1. Sales Strategy & Performance
. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
. Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Client Acquisition & Retention
. Identify and attract high-value customers to the beauty salon.
. Maintain strong customer relationships and improve customer retention rates.
3. Marketing & Promotions
. Work with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
4. Team Management
. Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
5. Operations & Reporting
. Oversee daily sales operations and ensure high customer service standards.
