Job Description

  • Own regional revenue and booking targets, driving performance across assigned markets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial segments.
  • Formulate and execute regional sales strategies aligned with senior leadership direction.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a multicountry sales team, setting clear KPIs and fostering accountability.
  • Appoint, evaluate, and optimise distributor and strategic account partnerships across Asia.
  • Plan and implement sales activities with partners to exceed profit, market share, and turnover goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams to support market development.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM data and ensure operational excellence.
  • Engage effectively with Csuite and senior stakeholders through presentations and solutionbased selling.
  • Manage specificationbased sales cycles involving consultants, architects, engineers, and developers.

The Successful Applicant


  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years experience in regional sales within HVAC, industrial, construction, or heavy equipment sectors.
  • Proven leadership experience managing regional sales teams.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the drive to secure new business opportunities.
  • Experienced working with distributors and dealer networks across Asia.
  • Skilled in strategic planning, project management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Comfortable operating in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Willingness to travel regionally (up to 20%).
