Job Description
- Own regional revenue and booking targets, driving performance across assigned markets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial segments.
- Formulate and execute regional sales strategies aligned with senior leadership direction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a multicountry sales team, setting clear KPIs and fostering accountability.
- Appoint, evaluate, and optimise distributor and strategic account partnerships across Asia.
- Plan and implement sales activities with partners to exceed profit, market share, and turnover goals.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams to support market development.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM data and ensure operational excellence.
- Engage effectively with Csuite and senior stakeholders through presentations and solutionbased selling.
- Manage specificationbased sales cycles involving consultants, architects, engineers, and developers.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 10+ years experience in regional sales within HVAC, industrial, construction, or heavy equipment sectors.
- Proven leadership experience managing regional sales teams.
- Strong hunter mentality with the drive to secure new business opportunities.
- Experienced working with distributors and dealer networks across Asia.
- Skilled in strategic planning, project management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Comfortable operating in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Willingness to travel regionally (up to 20%).
